VALE Flagship Store

  • In-Store Pickup: We do not offer in-store pickup services. Online orders take 5-10 business days for processing and verification, plus 3-7 business days for delivery. Orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You'll receive confirmation, shipping, and delivery emails.
  • In-Store Exchanges: For online orders, contact connect@valeforever.com for exchanges. We do not process returns or exchanges in-store.
  • In-Store Refunds: All in-store purchases are final sale but eligible for in-store credit. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached and returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • State ID Requirement: A government-issued ID is required for in-store purchases to prevent fraud.
  • Online Exchanges: For in-store purchases, return items within 7 days at the Vale store. We do not process in-store purchases online.

Refunds

Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. All sales are final; we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you wish to return your purchase, we provide a credit code equal to the value of your purchase upon receiving the returned product (excluding shipping fees). To initiate a return, contact us at connect@valeforever.com within seven (7) days of delivery.

  • All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Items received in any other condition will be returned at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon.

How Do The Item(s) Fit?

Fit information is available under the description of each product, along with a general size chart and specific measurements on our product pages. Our customer service team is available to answer any additional questions about measurements and fitting.

Package Returned to Original Sender

If your package was returned to us, please contact us at connect@valeforever.com. Possible reasons include incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or vacancy. All return-to-sender packages receive credit equal to the purchase value (excluding shipping). If tracking indicates a delivery attempt was made to the address provided, we do not resend packages. Please double-check your address at checkout for future purchases.

Order Delivered, But Not Received

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please work directly with the carrier to locate the package or file a lost package claim. Once approved, you can email us for a replacement or store credit at connect@valeforever.com.

Package Came Without a Return Label

For incorrect, damaged, or mislabeled items, or if you simply want to return an item, please contact us at connect@valeforever.com for assistance. We do not issue return labels; you may choose your preferred carrier for returns or exchanges. Note that you are responsible for shipping costs and any damages or losses.

Cancel My Order

All sales are final; we do not issue refunds. Once an order is confirmed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Combining Orders

We do not combine orders; each order is shipped separately.

Change Shipping Address

Once an order is confirmed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your address at checkout for future purchases.

Lost/Missing Packages

Vale Forever is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking indicates successful delivery to the provided address, we are not liable for stolen or missing packages. Please file a lost package claim with the carrier before contacting us.

Clothes Adjustments

We do not perform adjustments on current or prior items.

International Orders

Some international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for paying local import duties upon delivery. Placing an international order confirms your understanding of this responsibility. You can now pay duties and taxes directly at checkout for convenience.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide! Note that international orders may be subject to local import duties, payable upon delivery. You can now pay duties and taxes directly at checkout.

Order Arrival Time

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received an incorrect, damaged, or mislabeled item, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Items in any other condition will be returned at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon.

Delivered Returns

After your exchange/return package is delivered, allow 1-3 business days to receive a credit code or exchange.

Sale Items

We do not process returns or exchanges on sale items.

Incorrect Orders

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

No Email Confirmation

If you haven't received an email within 1 hour of placing your order, check your junk mail folder. If you entered an incorrect email, contact us at connect@valeforever.com with your order number and last name to resend your confirmation email.

New Product Releases

Most products do not have set release dates. Sign up for the Vale newsletter for alerts on new products.

Restocking Inventory

We occasionally restock products. Sign up for the Vale newsletter for restock alerts.

Sold Out Items in Cart

Products are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Another customer may have purchased the last available item while you were checking out.

Sale Items

We do not process refunds, returns, or exchanges on sale items.

Fraudulent Emails

We never request payment for collaborations. If you receive such an email, do not respond or provide sensitive information. Contact us directly to confirm its legitimacy.
